MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· He/She shall prepare and implement the student career development program including activities to best train the graduates for the world of work

· He/She shall prepare the employability program of the institution which roadmap is aligned to the vision, mission and goals of the institution mindful of the program educational objectives, program outcomes and learning course outcomes.

· He/She prepares the learning pathways available for the students to determine their appropriate career path.

· He/She ensures that the institution is capable to track the employment of its graduates in coordination with the Alumni Office.

· He/She shall oversee the promotion of continuing education and for graduates to be engaged in lifelong learning activities.

· He/She makes provisions for badging and micro-credentialing of students.

· He/She proposes programs and activities that will further develop the oral communication and written skills as well as the personality enhancement of the students

  • Qualifications

Academic : Preferably with masteral degree but can accept bachelor degree holder.

Work Experience : At least 2 - 3 years experience in career services, student affairs, training and development, or academic coordination.

: Experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation related to student or graduate development is preferred.

Competencies : Strong understanding of career development principles, employability frameworks, and educational program design.

: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

: Ability to build partnerships with industry, alumni, and academic units.

: Skilled in data management and graduate tracking systems.

: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms for learning and engagement.

: Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
