Our client does not discriminate / they are an equal -opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for employees.Responsibilities as a Member Development Associate:• Research and identify qualified new leads for the Portfolio of Councils Assigned.• Manage campaigns and ad -hoc sequences for assigned Councils using Outreach.• Send emails, follow -ups, and make phone calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects for the Member Development Executive Team (MDE) including confirming and rescheduling appointments.• Ensure that the sales contacts are professional, effective, and appropriate for facilitating the company's involvement with the client.• Develop market analysis for potential new product launches.• Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.• Support current MDE with projects as needed.• Ensures appropriate action and follow -up of day -to -day business matters.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications as a Member Development Associate:• A College degree is a must.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with Senior Executives.• Solid Lead Generation experience is required.• End -to -end B2B Sales experience is an advantage.• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Strategies is a plus.• Organized and detail -oriented work style, with the ability to multi -task.• A goal -oriented work ethic – committed to achieving organization goals, and performance objectives, individually and as part of a team.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus).Your love for Boomering will jump -start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
