Job Description:

  • Conduct audits and inspections of Milkfish farms to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify that all supplier operations consistently meet the established quality and safety protocols.
  • Perform on-site inspection of raw materials at the farm level, at least one (1) day prior to harvest.
  • Monitor and record the temperature of the kill tank during harvest to ensure it is within the required standard.
  • Assess the quality of Milkfish by collecting a 2-kilogram sample from the kill tank during harvest.
  • Randomly check the temperature of Milkfish in coolers to ensure cold chain integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Food Technology, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of seafood manufacturing processes, basic sensory evaluation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be residing in or willing to work in Zambales, Pangasinan, or nearby areas.
