Strategic and hands-on Consultant to lead the execution of a Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation for a leading insurance clients branch operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands operational excellence, and can drive change across complex, multi-branch ecosystems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct readiness assessments across branch operations
  • Identify operational gaps and improvement areas
  • Recommend enhancements using proven frameworks and delivery models
  • Co-create the execution blueprint across Process, Organization, People, Tools, and Customer Experience (CX)
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Support the launch of the scaled roll-out phase
  • Lead full-scale roll-out across branches
  • Refine strategy and deliverables based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Facilitate end-to-end testing and validation of TOM components
  • Manage hypercare support teams to ensure smooth adoption and issue resolution

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in insurance consulting or senior roles within insurance companies.
  • Ability to lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Skilled in client relationship management, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in mentoring junior consultants and contributing to business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php120,000.00 per month
