About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Individual to bring structure and efficiency to our digital workspace. This role focuses on organizing Google Drive, structuring computer files, and managing email inboxes to create a clean, logical, and sustainable system.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable handling private information, and confident using tools like Gmail, Mac, and Google Drive. You'll also need to access computers remotely and follow clear procedures while suggesting improvements when appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Audit existing Google Drive and computer files to identify duplicates, gaps, and areas of disorganization.
- Design and implement a clear folder hierarchy and consistent file naming conventions.
- Organize, rename, and relocate files for logical structure and easy access.
- Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for long-term organization and sustainability.
- Manage email inboxes by setting up filters, labels, and categories to prioritize communication.
- Clean up clutter: remove spam, archive old messages, and highlight critical emails.
- Document the final system and provide a simple "how-to" guide for ongoing use.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency with Gmail (labels, filters, inbox management).
- Proficiency with Mac computers and file organization.
- Ability to access computers remotely (using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar).
- Comfort and discretion in handling sensitive/private information.
- Strong Google Drive experience (folder structures, file naming, permissions).
- Extreme attention to detail – accuracy is essential in file organization and email sorting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
