  • Lead the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue, visibility, and lead generation.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with dealers, developers, contractors and project owners,
  • Lead the charge in identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth for the company.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of client and partners databases and optimization efforts.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to position sales and marketing initiatives with the company's product roadmap.
  • Other functions and responsibilities necessary for efficient operation of the department and beneficial to the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • At least with five (5) years of working experience in Sales and Marketing managerial role (construction materials or any related field is an advantage).
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; able to enforce policies and a guide the sales team effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel for business assignments.
