WBD Group is expanding and currently seeking a Structural Engineers at all levels – from recent graduates to senior professionals (0–9 years' experience) – who are enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop their skills further. This is a great opportunity to work closely with our experienced UK team on a variety of structural design projects.

You will also be exposed to façade engineering elements. No prior experience in this area is required – we will provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 0–9 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, Robot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn façade engineering principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
