Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a full-time role based in Manila. He or She will start to work on site or in the main office and later with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analysis, design calculations, and assessments to ensure project accomplishments, design and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering reports, supervising project deliverables, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. The role also involves knowledge in advanced computer-aided design (CAD/Revits) and BIM tools to create and refine structural design output and details.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in Structural Analysis and performing detailed Calculations
  • Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design and related engineering software
  • Strong supervision and leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Board passer and Professional registration like ASEP is good.
  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects is an advantage
