We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel to support a healthcare practice with day-to-day financial operations. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and month-end closing—and you're excited about contributing to the smooth operation of a healthcare practice—we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and expenses
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure records are current and accurate
  • Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and precise reporting
  • Process financial transactions and prepare reports using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Oversee deposits, payments, and related financial activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Proven background in bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Experience with month-end closing procedures
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel
