About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at DYNAMIC INTERNATIONAL VENTURES OPC'. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our company's accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and process all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

  • Prepare and maintain various financial reports and statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets

  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations

  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement and improve accounting procedures and systems

  • Provide support to the management team by analysing financial data and offering insights

  • Maintain meticulous records and files, ensuring the security and integrity of financial information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small business or practice

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)

  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting reports

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the finance team and management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
