What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Yardi
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations with minimal supervision
  • At least 1 year of experience processing A/P and A/R transactions
  • Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field
  • Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)

Job duties:

  • Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers
  • Contribute to the month-end closing process and report generation
  • Assist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management fees
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines

Location and Schedule:

  • This is a virtual (remote), full-time role that demands availability between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php73,112.32 per month
