  1. Prepares, cooks, and presents various dishes.

  2. Checks the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

  3. Checks the quantity and quality of received products.

  4. Analyzes recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs.

  5. Orders or requests food or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.

  6. Supervises or coordinates activities of staff engaged in food preparation.

  7. Oversees designated sections of the kitchen and ensures excellent hygiene procedures.

  8. Demonstrates new cooking techniques or equipment to staff.

  9. Assists in the kitchen preparations and food inventories prior meal periods.

  10. Reports and documents any observed or seen safety hazards, damaged equipment, and unsafe procedures inside the kitchen to the management.

  11. Assists in the provision of staff training and development in kitchen procedures and menu

implementation.

  1. Ensure that all food products are prepared according to standard and are communicated properly to all kitchen and relevant personnel.

  2. Monitors sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

  3. Preparers various reports for the F&B Manager.

  4. Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
