Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing pest control operations, ensuring high standards of service, and managing a team of pest control technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily pest control operations and activities.

Train, mentor, and evaluate pest control technicians.

Develop and implement pest management plans and strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Conduct inspections and identify pest issues.

Schedule and assign work to technicians.

Maintain accurate records and reports on services performed.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in pest control or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Valid pest control license.

Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety procedures.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
