Job Summary:

The cash control associate is responsible for conducting cash counts and verifying cash collections and transactions. They also monitor the location of riders, assist supervisors with ATW requests, and ensure accurate reporting of cash management activities..

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform virtual cash counts for all offline sites
  • Monitoring of cash counts upload each end of every shift
  • Checking and counting of rider's cash collections from sites
  • Checking and comparing deposit slips of cash sales deposited by riders against the system
  • Checking and comparing cash acknowledgement receipts of riders against actual cash collected from sites
  • Monitoring of location of every rider-on-duty
  • Assisting cash control supervisors on monitoring ATW requests thru email
  • Assigning riders on ATW requests from sites

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related courses
  • Fresh graduate or with one (1) to two (2) years work experience in a related field
  • Prior experience in Treasury or Cash Management is good to have
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • High analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
