TheTechnical Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians, overseeing daily operations related to network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of ISP technicians; coordinate schedules, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training on new technologies and best practices.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting for network outages, signal interference, and service disruptions.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, develop, and implement technical services, ensuring all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Quality Control and Process Improvement: Implement quality control procedures, monitor and inspect completed work, analyze performance data, and identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of all work, including service tickets, maintenance records, and installation procedures. Generate reports on team productivity and network performance for senior management.
  • Customer and Vendor Relations: Oversee customer service operations, handle escalated complaints, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Inventory and Resource Management: Manage the budget for the technical team, including tools and equipment, and ensure adequate inventory of spare parts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is often preferred, though equivalent experience may be acceptable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an ISP technical role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Has a deep understanding of ISP infrastructure, including broadband, fiber optics, routers, switches, and network protocols. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential for managing a team and interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and customers.
  • Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, or weekends as required by operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
