Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related finance/accounting course
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in general accounting, auditing, or financial reporting
  • At least 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Experience with Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and government reportorial requirements
  • Background in audit, bookkeeping, or financial analysis is an advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
  • Familiarity with BIR forms, eFPS/eBIR filing, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit procedures
