Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Management: Managing MEP contractors and subcontractors, overseeing their work, and ensuring compliance with contracts, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Supervising the installation of MEP systems, conducting quality checks, and ensuring proper commissioning and testing.

  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Addressing any technical or site issues that arise during the project, finding solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.
