What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Senior Accounting Consultant. You'll handle high-level financial management tasks, from preparing month-end statements to advising on budgets and compliance reports. Your insights will shape smarter business decisions for healthcare organizations across the U.S. - all while working from home.

What It Takes to Excel

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software
• Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to share knowledge, skills, and expertise with others

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Public accounting experience is a plus

Your Key Contributions

• Prepare month-end financial statements, budgets, and specialized compliance reports
• Manage income and expenditure accounts
• Lead financial analyses, cost reports, and grant-related financial submissions
• Collaborate with consulting teams and client leadership to achieve engagement goals
• Maintain communication with multiple clients simultaneously
• Learn and apply CLC's financial consulting methodology and FQHC client portfolio
• Shadow senior consultants to understand client expectations and deliverables
• Complete onboarding to internal systems and reporting processes
