Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Communicate with new employees to ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements (medical examination, documents, etc.)
  • Prepare and release employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Create and issue company identification cards (IDs) for new employees.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete tasks or pending requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in HR or onboarding coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
