As a
Tenant Relations Officer
, your main focus will be building strong relationships with our tenants and helping their businesses thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring that tenants follow our company's rules and regulations. You will work closely with different departments to see to it

that tenants are supported by way of promotions, advertising and other activities in order to boost sales. You shall likewise be conducting regular review of tenant accounts to meet business strategic and financial goals.

Job Description:

  • Oversees tenant onboarding, construction compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Tracks tenant compliance and accounts monitoring.
  • Reviews tenant design plans for alignment with mall standards and housekeeping policies.
  • Manages timely application of utility charges and documentation.
  • Facilitates tenant compliance with safety protocols and security audits.
  • Handles complaints and prepares periodic reports, memos, and documentation.
  • Collaborates with various departments to support tenant activities.
  • May act as reliever for key roles when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing Management.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in administrative management services, tenant relations, property management, or customer service.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and during holidays.
  • Must be willing to work at SM City Pampanga.
