Job Summary

The Leasing and Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the leasing of retail and commercial spaces and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the mall. Acts as a liaison between tenants, the leasing team, and operations, ensuring smooth tenant onboarding, efficient mall operations, and high standards of service.

Duties and Responsibilities

The primary duties are divided into three areas:

  • Leasing Support: Assisting with sourcing, screening, and negotiating with prospective tenants, preparing proposals and documentation, tracking lease expirations, and maintaining leasing databases.
  • Mall Operations: Supporting daily mall operations, coordinating maintenance, monitoring tenant compliance with mall standards, liaising with tenants on operational concerns, and helping with mall events and promotions.
  • Administrative & Reporting: Generating and analyzing reports, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments (legal, finance), and facilitating payments for utilities and other bills.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or mall operations is required for this role.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is required.
  • Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
  • Work Assignment: Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
