Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled trilingual professional fluent in Mandarin, Filipino, and English with a strong background in the supply and demand industry. This role will support communication, coordination, and project operations between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to navigate multicultural environments within fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Mandarin-, Filipino-, and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Translate and interpret conversations, documents, and technical information as needed.
  • Support smooth communication between management, field crews, suppliers, and clients.
  • Assist in organizing project documents, schedules, permits, and reports.
  • Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to request quotes, negotiate pricing, and track orders.
  • Assist with client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local and international partners.
  • Prepare bilingual or trilingual documents, emails, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping for logs, contracts, and compliance files.
  • Provide daily or weekly project updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Filipino (Tagalog), and English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in the supply and demand industry (administration, coordination, procurement, project support, or field roles) for at least 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of supply processes, terminology, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multicultural teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Preferably a degree holder but applicants with at least College level background are welcome as long as there is extensive work experience in the field states above.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers, contractors, or developers.
  • Understanding of procurement, logistics, or contract management.
  • Experience supporting field operations or site management teams.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Work Environment

  • Office based work
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings as needed.
  • Flexible schedule

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
