Job Description
- Coordinate with Management and External Consultants required for employee recruitment, processing of documents relating to hiring and recruitment.
- Facilitate on-boarding documentation and employment records, efficiently conduct orientation to the new hires.
- Responsible in the monitoring of the employees under the probationary period and even as regular employees.
- Employee engagement and relations (prepare NTEs, and NODs, conduct investigation, hearing, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and providing relevant data, employee issue resolutions and compensation concerns (absences, tardiness, cash advances and leaves etc.)
- Facilitate in the implementation of the Biometric system and HR/Timekeeping software of the Company, coordinate with the software provider for any related updates and concerns
- Processing of government mandatories reports, updating of records and payments
- Responsible in the efficient facilitation of exiting employee's employment clearance and exit interviews.
- Responsible in the efficient maintenance of the 201 Files of the employees and other related HR documentation and reports (Softcopies and Hardcopies)
- Maintaining of updated database of employees (Softcopies and Hardcopies)
- Prepare necessary documents pertinent to employee movement for internal or government documents and compliance.
- Coordinate with the Management, Engineers, Project Architects in properly handling complaints and grievance procedures.
- Align with the Management in implementing the rules and regulations of the company, maintain and update the Company Policies as mandated by the Management
- Support to Admin, Operations, Management and other related duties delegated by the Supervisor
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in Human Resource and in an administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, and MS Excel in particular)
- Proactive, results-oriented, analytical and keen on details
- Ability to follow through work assignments with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS programs
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Confidentiality and Integrity in handling HR matters and company information
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
- With at least 5 years' work experience in Human Resources, 3 years in a Supervisory role.
- Background in construction industry is a plus.
