We are looking for a Company Driver & Administrative Assistant — a dependable, professional, and trustworthy individual who will support daily office operations, logistics, and executive errands with care and responsibility.

This is a long-term role for someone who values stability, order, and pride in doing essential work well.

✦ What You Will Do

  • Safely drive company vehicles for official business, errands, and scheduled trips
  • Assist with administrative and logistical tasks within the office
  • Handle document pick-ups, deliveries, bank errands, and government-related transactions
  • Help maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of office spaces when needed
  • Support basic office operations such as receiving items, coordinating supplies, and assisting staff
  • Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and service-ready
  • Follow schedules, instructions, and protocols with discipline and reliability

✦ What You Bring

  • Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience as a company or professional driver
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions
  • Basic administrative or office support experience is an advantage
  • Honest, punctual, and dependable work ethic
  • Able to follow instructions carefully and respect confidentiality
  • Physically fit and willing to assist with light administrative tasks
