Qualification:
- A four-year course / Degree Holder ( ex. BS Accountancy, Business Admin, etc)
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Has a work experience with property management setting.
- Willing to work in Sta. Mesa, Manila and can work ASAP.
Job Description:
- Serves as the receptionist for the engineering office to assist the visitors, unit owners, and tenants.
- Provide information and answer questions about problems that the unit owner or tenants might face.
- Preparing and doing monthly reports (job service, work permit, concern slip)
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically (job service, work permit, concern slip).
- Maintains records by updating information.
- Assist the head and management.
- Handling office tasks.
- Answering phone calls (engineering concern).
- Taking and answering emails (engineering concern).
- Interact with owners or tenants through phone calls, email, or face-to-face to provide information and support.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers it to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Prepares letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Provides clear, concise information in person and over the phone or email by delivering information in a clear, succinct manner in person or over the phone.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for providing customer service is needed to provide excellent customer care.
- Knowledge of administrative and office procedures, such as managing files, records, and word processing, is needed.
- Inform tenants by sending a notice letter about leaks or any other concerns.
- Doing the DTR/biometrics extraction and processing.
- Doing the timekeeping summary.
- Checking and monitoring water and electric readings.
- Doing reports for wrong reading (submitted to accounting).
- Doing reports for those whose water and electric meters are defective/doing an averaging of bills (submitted report to accounting).
- Encoding water and electric readings.
- Editing water and electric readings at IPAS.
- Doing and forwarding the monthly checklist of maintenance.
- Doing signage that needs to be displayed in the office or in areas that are in renovation or under maintenance.
- Assist co-workers in performing duties, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
