  • Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom, ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions, and statutory benefits.
  • Review and Validate payroll data for accuracy and address any discrepancies before submission.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality for all payroll and incentive information.
  • Respond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentives.
  • Analyze Payroll data to identify trends and variances.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentive schemes are followed for specific periods.
  • Validate all billings according to SPX contractual rates, memorandums, and Philippine government laws.
  • Process all validated billings within KPI and send Statements of Account regularly.
  • Initiate the Purchase Request (PR)/Purchase Order (PO) process after billing validation.
