As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you will be the backbone of our data-driven decision-making process. Reporting directly to the Marketing Strategist, you will translate market trends and campaign performance into actionable growth strategies. This is a key role in our specialized Strategy Track, offering a clear career path from Coordinator to Analyst and eventually to Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Performance Analytics: Track campaign performance against strict KPIs and targets to measure what works.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare comprehensive data reports and ROI analyses to influence high-level business and strategic decisions.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and feedback to help refine our target audience and campaign messaging.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist during the planning and optimization phases of the monthly campaign cycle.
