We are hiring for passionate and talented QA Team Lead for our awesome team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and address any gaps or issues
  • Monitor the performance of the customer service team and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
  • Collaborate with the broader team to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality assurance activities and findings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1 - 3 years' experience in a quality assurance on a BPO set up
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant degree or certification in quality assurance, customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in performance data management and analysis
  • Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred
  • Data analytics advance root cause analysis
  • Exceptional leadership skills and great eye for detail
  • Ability to teach and mentor
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
