We're looking for a concept-driven, creatively mature Graphic Designer to join us on a flexible, project-by-project basis. This isn't a full-time role, and we're not looking for someone juggling dozens of gigs. This is ideal for someone already working in a design role — in-house or at an agency — who's looking to take on meaningful side projects that let them stretch creatively, without needing to be online 9-5.

About the role

This is not daily production work. Every brief is different. You'll be creating polished, on-brand assets based on existing content — but also offering ideas, variations, and visual solutions.

From event banners and trade show layouts, to brochures tailored for a new industry, we'll come to you with the words, the intent, and the brand… and we'll look to you to turn that into visuals that land.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Already have a job, and want flexible freelance work that fits around it

Are confident in conceptual thinking and clean layout design

Can take a brief verbally (we're visual communicators, not technical ones)

Enjoy solving problems visually and presenting options, not just "doing the task"

Have a solid portfolio and a great eye for applying brand consistently

Are reliable, collaborative, and take pride in the quality of your work

Are based in the Philippines and comfortable working remotely

You'll be working directly with our Global Operations Director. Our team is largely based in the Philippines — you won't be part of the daily crew, but you'll be warmly welcomed into the fold and respected as a key creative partner when projects land.
