Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce high quality visual materials for marketing campaigns, brand communication, store openings, and digital platforms. The role requires strong creative judgement, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring consistent branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, store openings, and digital content.
  • Produce high-quality designs for print and digital platforms, including posters, banners, social media materials, packaging, and in-store visuals.
  • Ensure all design outputs strictly follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and external suppliers.
  • Lead and oversee the production of visual materials from conceptualization to final output, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
  • Review, refine, and approve design drafts, ensuring quality standards are met before release or printing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to improve creative direction and enhance the company's visual identity.
  • Provide guidance and creative direction to junior designers or freelancers when necessary.
