What You'll Do
  • Design for impact: Craft main, secondary, and lifestyle images that not only look stunning but drive measurable increases in clicks and conversions.
  • Elevate brand storytelling: Build A+ Content and storefront visuals that deepen customer engagement and reinforce our premium positioning.
  • Iterate with data: Develop multiple design variants, gather feedback, and refine based on real performance metrics.
  • Streamline creative flow: Establish and maintain a nimble workflow that combines manual design mastery with AI-assisted efficiency.
  • Adapt and innovate: Rapidly spin up on-season campaigns and fresh concepts to keep our catalog ahead of the competition.
Who You Are
  • Amazon-savvy: You know the platform's image specs and what makes a listing convert.
  • Experienced Amazon designer: You have a minimum of 1+ years of Amazon-specific graphic design experience.
  • Results-driven: You think in metrics—CTR, CVR, ROI—and design with those goals front and center.
  • Technically versatile: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable layering in AI tools or other shortcuts that boost productivity.
  • Adobe proficiency: You must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Self-starter: You structure your own day, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines without hand-holding.
  • Collaborative learner: You welcome feedback, share ideas freely, and continuously sharpen your craft.
  • Design experience: You have 3+ years of total graphic design experience.
