We're now looking for a freelance / part-time Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to support our marketing and client projects. This is a flexible, remote role that suits a creative professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with a small but high-performing Australian team.

The Role – Focus Areas

You'll work directly with Talent Forge's leadership team and marketing specialists to design content that reflects the quality and energy of our brand and our clients.

Key areas include:

  • Designing visually engaging social media graphics, digital ads, and brand assets.
  • Creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  • Supporting the design of job ads and employer brand content for client campaigns.
  • Maintaining and evolving Talent Forge's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Producing clean, modern, and on-brand layouts aligned with our style and tone.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally supporting marketing or recruitment clients
  • You must have created designs for scale-up businesses in the B2B space
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
  • A portfolio showcasing clean, professional, and modern design work.
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
  • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working with Australian time zones.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in LinkedIn or employer branding design is a plus.
