We're looking for a Finance Associate with experience in creating visually compelling graphics, animation and videos to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·       Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

·       Processing account payable.

·       Process employee's reimbursements.

·       Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

·       Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

·       Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

Skills and Competences:

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

·       Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, financial regulations and accounting principles.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·      Ensuring compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

Other Tasks

·       Review Vendor Accreditations

Qualification

· Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent in related field

· –3 years of relevant finance, accounting, or auditing experience.

·       The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize task is crucial
. 

·       Familiarity with ERP systems (QB, SOS inventory) and Excel.
