SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT
TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
- Provide comprehensive Level 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and cloud-based systems, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Manage, track, and resolve service tickets within HaloPSA, maintaining accurate records of actions taken, time spent, and resolution outcomes.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments at a Grade 3 proficiency, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain 3CX phone systems, managing call routing, extensions, voicemail, and troubleshooting VoIP connectivity or performance issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, user access controls, and security policies.
- Maintain Backups and react to all IT Alerts & Monitoring, including actioning Alerts & Performing Updates
- Collaborate closely with support staff, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and assisting in ticket escalations when necessary.
- Document all troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and system changes clearly within HaloPSA & Hudu to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in system updates, patching, and improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize infrastructure reliability and user experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support or service desk environment, providing hands-on assistance with cloud, network, and endpoint systems.
- Demonstrated Grade 3 knowledge of Microsoft 365, including administration of Compliance Center, Administrator, Security Center Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Practical experience supporting and managing 3CX phone systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VoIP services.
- Familiarity with HaloPSA or equivalent IT service management tools, including ticket tracking, asset management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Azure Administrator Associate are highly regarded.
- Strong English Skills & Customer Service Skills

Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Web Cam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
