Job Description:

Experienced Systems Analyst to drive the development and deployment of our next-generation generative AI solutions. As a lead, you'll manage a team of engineers, architect scalable systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact products. You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical direction and leveraging the latest in generative AI to solve complex business challenges.Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and support professional development.
  • Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust generative AI applications, primarily using AWS GenAI services like Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Lambda. This includes designing serverless architectures and microservices to support GenAI applications.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and related technologies. Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Should oversee and manage the deployment of all components within SLF.
  • Should make sure that the best practices are implemented
  • Will do the code/configuration review
  • Support issues encountered in all environments
  • Create clear documentations for the design/code/config
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on generative AI.
  • Cloud Expertise: In-depth, hands-on experience with AWS GenAI services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, EC2).
  • AWS Lambda Proficiency: Proven experience developing, deploying, and debugging serverless applications using AWS Lambda. This includes familiarity with event-driven architectures, API Gateway, and managing Lambda layers and environment variables
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experienced with NLU/NLP. (Preferred is Google Dialogflow but any will do)
  • Experienced with Python, ReactJS
  • Knowledgeable in REST APIs/Webhooks
  • Familiar with any Postgre/Oracle/MSSQL
  • Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall
  • Familiar with Jira/Bitbucket/Jenkins/CICD
  • Methodology: Proven experience working in an Agile development environment and a solid grasp of the entire SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with prior experience leading a small team of engineers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Amenable to work in a Hybrid work set up
