About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead our audit team. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Manage and mentor audit staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Review financial statements, reports, and audit findings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of [5–7] years of progressive experience in audit, with at least [2–3] years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards (GAAS, ISA) and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
