PR Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for an agile and detail-oriented
PR Coordinator
(through an external agency partner) to help execute dynamic communications campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about storytelling, and enjoys managing the behind-the-scenes operations that bring campaigns to life.

You'll play a key part in ensuring timely, precise, and impactful multi-channel rollouts — from social-first activations to real-time media tracking and analytics reporting.

What You'll Do

Channel Implementation & Campaign Rollouts

  • Execute communications campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
  • Manage timelines, content calendars, and deliverables to maintain consistent, high-quality brand presence.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to streamline campaign execution and reporting.

Media Monitoring & Analytics

  • Track media performance (earned, paid, and organic) in real time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports covering sentiment, share of voice, and impact analysis.
  • Maintain PR dashboards and trackers to support data-driven decision-making.

Housekeeping & Budget Support

  • Monitor campaign budgets, manage invoices and POs, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Keep campaign materials, contracts, and reports well-organized and up to date.

Workstream & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Anticipate risks, flag potential blockers early, and help resolve issues efficiently.

What You Bring

  • Around 1 year of experience in PR coordination, communications, or marketing support (agency experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of PR reporting metrics and campaign analysis.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
