Job Description:

Baristas contribute to the success of Happy Lemon by engaging customers on a daily basis. They provide prompt service, quality beverages, and products, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment. They prepare beverages and food for customers that comply with company standards. Baristas are the models to our "Happy Everyday" platform.

Baristas should maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. They should follow store operating policies and standards, cash handling, and store security.
