ROLE PURPOSE:

  • Ensures the efficient and effective execution of Corporate Planning Systems and Processes, including corporate performance monitoring and control against strategic objectives of the company, its operating groups and subsidiaries.
  • Identifies and conducts researches on economic and business indicators, potential new business, and growth opportunities that will aid management decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Planning

  • Manages the operational planning process of the company
  • Timely Consolidation of Group TMS to the Corporate Strategy Department

Performance Monitoring

  • Administers the organization performance measurement processes
  • HQ and subsidiaries performance monitoring

Technical Research

  • Conducts researches, analyzes and disseminates information to the team on customer needs, industry trends, local and international competitive threats, market threats and expansion opportunities.

Risk Management

  • Provides risk management support services to the group's strategies, initiatives and processes and oversight on ERM Process
  • Consolidation and timely submission of group risk management reports.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science degree; Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Management is an advantage;
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering courses is also acceptable. Post-graduate or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management is an advantage.
  • Performed business development or market development functions. Experience in handling special projects involving M&A or divestments.
  • Handled business planning, forecasting, budgeting, enterprise risk management, research, feasibility studies and other strategic planning activities to facilitate management decisions on investments
  • Experience in Philippines' Forbes 500 or medium to large cap companies. Experience in water sector or Environmental Service Company is an advantage. International experience is a plus. Minimum of five (5) years work experience, three (3) years management.
  • Has the ability to engage with high-profile executives, business leaders, business case / investment analysis, strategic analysis, strategic planning, strategy implementation, performance monitoring and control. Excellent communication skills, budgeting, business planning, excellent oral and written business communication skills, valuation skills is an advantage. Adaptable for positions in New Business Development, Financial Planning and Enterprise Risk management. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, practical, and resourceful.
