We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Live Commerce Associate to become the face and voice of our brand. Your core mission is to captivate our audience, drive sales through electrifying live streams on platforms, and build a loyal community of customers who trust your expertise and come back for more. This role is central to our growth, directly connecting our products with our customers in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

Live Selling / Streaming

  • Conduct live sales sessions on designated social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, & Lazada).
  • Present products in an engaging and persuasive manner, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Respond to live customer inquiries about products, payment methods, shipping, and returns in real-time.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly live sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze viewer engagement metrics and adjust live presentation strategies to maximize conversion.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Provide friendly, personalized chat support for pre- and post-live session inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, promotions, and live selling tools.
  • Assist in planning live sales campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content, visuals, and messaging for live sessions.

Technical & Administrative Skills

  • Operate live streaming software, cameras, microphones, and other broadcasting tools effectively.
  • Utilize email and MS Office tools to manage sales leads, orders, and customer data.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze live session metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, live streaming, or digital customer engagement is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Strong persuasion and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage live sessions, customer queries, and product demonstrations simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in streaming platforms, social media, and business tools.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
