Key Responsibilities:
  • Host live selling sessions on Facebook, TikTok, Shopee or other platforms
  • Promote and demonstrate products clearly and engagingly on camera
  • Answer inquiries in real-time and encourage customer engagement
  • Assist in preparing products and materials for online selling sessions
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online orders during and after live streams
  • Coordinate with logistics and the warehouse for order fulfillment
  • Provide excellent customer service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:
  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, as long as you are CONFIDENT and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
  • With pleasing looks and personality
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Energetic, engaging, and with a pleasing personality
  • Familiar with online platforms like Facebook Live, TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.
  • Preferably with experience in online/live selling (but not required)
  • Experience as a Sales Associate in a department store or mall is an advantage
