Job Summary

The Cashiering Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating front-end operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on delivering efficient, courteous service while maintaining operational compliance, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate data management. The position plays a vital part in upholding service standards and supporting overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Excellence

Supervise checkout and front-end operations to ensure prompt, professional, and friendly service that meets company standards.

2. Process & Compliance Management

Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance protocols to maintain smooth and efficient front-end activities.

3. Asset & Equipment Oversight

Manage and protect front-end assets, including POS systems, cash drawers, and related equipment, ensuring functionality and accountability.

4. Cost Control

Monitor usage and spending on front-end consumables such as paper supplies, parking coupons, and related materials to support budget efficiency.

5. Data Accuracy & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and databases essential for front-end performance tracking and operational reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a front-line operations role, preferably in retail or food service environments
