We're looking for a Junior Marketing Campaigns Specialist who thrives on data, analytics, and performance metrics. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid media, social, etc.), while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing for results.

If you love numbers, enjoy optimizing conversion funnels, and get excited by A/B tests and spreadsheets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with senior marketers to track performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for ongoing optimization
  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, subject lines, landing pages, and messaging strategies
  • Help manage marketing calendars and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Use data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets) to analyze results and recommend improvements
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to inform campaign strategies
  • Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
Nice-to-haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience (internships or part-time work count)
  • Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into numbers and uncovering insights
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools) is a plus
  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus if you know pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bonus: experience with basic data visualization tools or marketing automation platforms
  • Willing to report in Makati 3x a week
