  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide ongoing support to franchise partners to ensure operational and financial success.

  • Sales & Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with prospective franchisees and partners.

  • Achieve sales targets for franchise sign-ups and territory development.

  • Brand Growth Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns for franchise recruitment.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or franchise management (preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector).

  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
