Key Responsibilities:

· Provides accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting and finance department;

· Accurately encodes, prepares, and maintains accounting documents and records;

· Maintain accounting and financial records/transactions;

· Checks and encodes daily transactions and validation of expenses and reimbursement claims of employees;

· Assist in preparation of billing invoices for projects;

· Process monthly payables to suppliers and vendors;

· Maintain updated filing of accounting and important documents;

· Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the management in accordance to personnel's qualification and competence.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting or equivalent;

· At least 2 years of working experience in the same field;

· Must be familiar with credit and collection process;

· Must have a computer and accounting system proficiency;

· Good communications skills and detail-oriented.
