Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy software territory seller with an excellent track record of delivering results in the Philippines market segment by working closely with marketing & channels teams.
You will be accountable for delivering sales targets for the Philippines territory segment and will report to the Territory Sales Manager, SE Asia. You will join a high-performing, cross-functional sales team focused on growth with purpose. Our goal is to double our business in three years through go-to-market excellence, thought leadership, customer-centric innovation, and talent focus.
Your immediate peers will include functions like channels, marketing, lead development, and pre-sales, alongside enabling and supporting functions. We foster a collaborative environment where we aim to win in the market, innovate, and enjoy the process. The position offers a permanent work-from-home arrangement and a day shift schedule.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve and surpass sales targets within the assigned territory. Focus on key growth metrics such as new logos, Flex/SaaS, by hunting and prospecting new customers. Design and execute sales and marketing activities to drive new logo growth.
Maintain high-quality sales processes, including MEDDPICC qualification, funnel management, and forecasting. Collaborate with marketing, lead development, and channels teams to promote the company in the Philippines territory segment. Leverage marketing campaigns, demand generation, and lead triaging across direct and indirect channels.
Plan and organize all sales activities from prospecting to closing, aligned with the company's sales process. Develop and implement strategies to meet objectives within the territory segment and contribute to overall market strategy. Proactively pursue new logo opportunities and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Job QualificationsExperience7-10 years of software sales experience; 4-6 years in a hunting role preferred. Experience working with marketing and channels, especially in demand generation and channel development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the territory segment.
Industry experience in oil & gas, chemicals, power, marine, EPCs, or manufacturing in the Philippines is preferred. Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or relevant fields related to Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries. SkillsEffective time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop focus areas and increase reach. Consultative selling skills focusing on value and managing the sales process. Forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
Performance analysis and strategic planning for current and long-term account growth. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at various levels. BehavioursEntrepreneurial mindset and persuasive ability to navigate within the company, customer, and partners.
