Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and within the project timeline. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth progress of construction work.
  • Interpret and implement project drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inspect and review completed work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
  • Support cost control and ensure work is completed within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional license/registration (preferred but not always required).
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can start immediately and willing to assign in San Pedro Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
