About the Role:

In this role, you will handle daily collections and engage with customers to resolve overdue accounts in a professional and compassionate manner. You'll assess hardship situations, propose write-offs when necessary, and follow approved recovery processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day collections for overdue unsecured loans.
  • Apply proven recovery techniques to consistently meet performance goals.
  • Review accounts and recommend write-offs where appropriate.
  • Detect and assist customers facing financial challenges with tailored hardship options.
  • Ensure all records, follow-ups, and actions comply with internal policies and standards.

About You

  • 4–5 years of experience in collections, preferably handling unsecured loans and working with Australian clients.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to outstanding service.
  • Keen attention to detail and the capability to navigate sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Familiarity with skip tracing is advantageous, though training will be offered if needed.
