Collection Specialist

Job Description:

  • Monitoring accounts payable statements to identify debts owed to their company
  • Contacting customers or business partners to notify them of overdue payments and documenting debts collected.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
  • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • With Experience in BPO or lending company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English;
  • Amenable to working on shifts, holidays, weekends, and extended work hours
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and etc.
  • Understand micro-lending knowledge and answer customer inquiries correctly.
