GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring marketers who are eager to gain hands-on experience and build a solid career in marketing. If you're passionate about digital marketing, brand development, and engaging with people, we'd love to meet you.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work directly with the CEO, giving you valuable exposure to strategic planning and decision-making. You'll contribute to key marketing initiatives and help drive the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen brand awareness and assist in lead generation efforts.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, email, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Work closely with the CEO and team to design innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be based near Angeles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools is an advantage.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Preferably holds a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related courses.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
